terms of service

payment for digital
i primarily accept payment through paypal or venmo. once i am provided with your paypal email i will send out an invoice for the full payment of the commission. i begin working once the commission is paid in full. progress can be checked on my trello (link at the bottom of the page).payment for traditional
all traditional works require a $25 down payment for materials and sketches. after the sketch is approved I will begin working at $25/hr. this time is recorded and logged and timestamps can be provided upon request.refunds
once i have begun on a commission i do not issue full refunds. depending on the progress of your commission, partial refunds may be issued.wip/process
upon my commissioners request, i can send wips of each step of the process (sketch, line-art, base colors). commissioners are free to reach out at any point to check the progress of their piece and to request changes. additional charges may apply with major changes asked after the sketch phase.after the commission is finished any additional change requests will be an added $5 charge. minor changes may be done for free.other rules
please do not edit, trace, or otherwise change my artwork without permission! i'm pretty lax when it comes to some stuff so when in doubt--ask!communication is very important to me. i will always try my best to be communicating with you and i hope you do the same for me!
